Replacement Frigidaire Freezer Handle

We purchased a Frigidaire "Heavy Duty Commercial Freezer" seventeen years ago to store bulk frozen items, often acquired at Sam's Club or Costco. The freezer remains functional despite a broken door handle that occurred approximately one to two years prior. The holes on the door aren't aligned precisely with those on the broken handle, which is astonishing given its durability. To resolve this issue, we created a simple yet effective replacement for the handle. This new handle features screw holes designed with slotted openings to accommodate the slight disparity in distances between the original and replacement handles. Additionally, we incorporated washers into each screw to distribute the considerable forces exerted on the mounting points of the new handle.
