One of the thin, flimsy, crappy pieces of plastic that attaches the spacebar key (among others) to the underlying metal wires in my razer keyboard broke off. I tried 3d printing a couple designs off the internet that essentially copied the original design. But the strength that the 3d-printed piece could withstand was not enough to survive a couple weeks. This design adds thickness and external support around the key's insert to improve durability. # Printing The piece is so tiny I had to use a 0.2mm noozle and 0.16mm layer height. Piece printed cross-down, with minimal supports (if any). # Installing Installing the piece in the keyboard key will take some pressure. If the piece is still not fitting, it could be due to lack of precission in your 3d printer; if that happens, just shave off some plastic using a scalpel/x-acto knife.
