Replacement for a storage compartment wall in the refrigerator
thingiverse
Several years ago, a vital component at the refrigerator door's front wall (Zanussi) suddenly stopped functioning properly.\r\nSince then, we have been unable to utilize this storage compartment effectively.\r\n\r\nToday, I tackled and resolved this issue once and for all.\r\nEffort:\r\n+ Approximately 30 minutes were spent measuring the door and clamp, as well as designing a precise 3D model.\r\n+ A sturdy 40cm aluminium rod (2x15mm) was required to provide the necessary support.\r\n+ Around 25g of high-quality plastic material was needed, including a small pre-print test to ensure a seamless fit.\r\n+ One hour was dedicated to printing time.\r\n\r\nThe problem is now completely eradicated :-).\r\n\r\nAdditionally, since I was already addressing this issue, I also modified my design for the lower storage compartment, which had previously undergone repairs.
