Replacement Feet for Tektronix Oscilloscope 465

Hey, the feet of my beloved Tek Osci 465 crumbled to pieces. So here's a simple new design that lets you wrap the power cable around like in the original. I just omitted the separators for the cable as they aren't really useful. I guess this will work on other oscilloscopes too - but I have no idea which ones. Tested it on mine, and it works!
