Replacement fan blades (38cm / 16in)
thingiverse
I designed and printed new fan blades after mine broke when the cover fell off. To my surprise, this upgrade runs much quieter than it did before - a nice bonus. Printed with a 1mm nozzle at 500um layers, so quality isn't perfect, but it works just fine. The blades print nicely when standing upright, as shown in the attached image. If you're printing with PLA or ABS, I recommend printing the Hub_Solid at high infill since the rotor can get very hot. If you have access to PC, then the Hub_Shelled will do a great job. The new rotor pin has an 8mm diameter with a 1.5mm cut away. Enjoy!
