Replacement fan and cable management for 500W 52mm spindle on MPCNC

In addition to prevent it from happening again, I have also designed a fender to be attached to the spindle which keeps the cable away from the fan and a cable clamp to attach the cable at the firmly gantry. This clamp is for 25mm version but can be easily changed to any other diameter.</p> <p>For the fender, you just need a M4 screw and a M4 Nylock nut.</p> <p>The Fan is a press fit like the original. Remove the retaining ring an the old fan, tap the new fan onto the spindle-axe using a big hexnut and the back of a big screwdriver. NO BRUTE FORCE! LIGHT TAPS!
