Replacement Button for Black & Decker Dustbuster CV9608 - Simplified Operation The original Black & Decker CV9608 replacement button struggled with user-friendly design and poorly positioned thumb grip area making it difficult to use effectively. In comparison, the upgraded model presents significant ease of use improvements. Design Notes: This new part may fit additional Black & Decker models that also have recessed button configurations. Edit: Also compatible with the CHV1408E model Operating Instructions: To print this replacement button I used my Davinci 1.0 printer set to optimal quality settings. Begin by removing screws from the dustbuster housing and replace the worn-out button part. Verify that the switch lever fits snugly inside the cutout space of the new button, adjust if needed for a perfect fit. Test the movement of the new button; if necessary shave off excess plastic material and reassemble the device
