I was attempting to align the original plastic drive wheel on my Harbor Freight 1"x30" belt sander and unfortunately ended up breaking it. I initially replaced it with a wooden one, but it wasn't perfectly circular. Here's one I designed in Fusion 360 and printed out. It runs extremely true and without any vibration. If it doesn't fit snugly on the shaft, drive a small nail into the flat side to secure it tightly.
