Replacement Drawer Roller

A colleague at work had an old drawer with a busted runner wheel that was beyond repair. The manufacturer no longer produces replacement wheels, creating the perfect opportunity for a 3D printer. I created a digital model of the existing wheel using Autodesk's 123D Design, relying on cylinders of various sizes and leveraging the Combine/Merge and Combine/Subtract tools to build it from scratch. To give the wheel a smooth edge, I chamfered its corners, but soon realized that wasn't enough after printing the first prototype, so I added more chamfers to the second one, which looked great. I also included a screw pocket on one side, allowing the head to nestle into a recess when screwed onto the bracket. The wheel measures 28.2mm in diameter and has a 7mm hole at its center, with a 5.26mm projection on one side. I'm attaching the 123D file, in case anyone needs to modify it for their specific application.
