This is a high-quality sprocket designed to replace our trusty planer-thicknesser's worn-out plastic drivers. The old infeed rollers' sprockets were severely damaged, and after one broke, I decided to create my own custom design since replacement parts were impossible to find. As this was my first design, I welcome expert feedback - don't hesitate to share your constructive criticism, as I'm eager to learn from the pros! So far, this sprocket has performed well, but it's essential to use caution and avoid overloading the printed sprocket by allowing too much material removal at once. Since our machine is quite old, I've scanned the original instruction manual that came with it and uploaded it here for reference. The manual provides a comprehensive list of available replacement parts, along with exploded views for easy identification.
