<p>Done in nylon with openscad gear generator model posted somewhere in this site, and the rest of the internet. Very handy file. Did both gears and stuck them together in fusion, adding the shaft. In the picture, right is original (stained with red lithium grease) and left is the new, 3d printed one.&nbsp;</p>
