Replacement Door Stop

We have a few spring style door stops in our house that are getting quite old.  The original rubber end is breaking down and splitting.  Some even fell off and the door was just hitting the spring which is no good.  My job is to keep the house in good repair, but I'm also a maker, which means I can't just buy a replacement - I have to make one!I've made a few in TPU and they have held up extremely well - the one in the photo has been on a very used door for a couple years and still looks great.  It's originally sized for an 8mm spring with an interference fit, but I've included the original Fusion 360 file so that you can modify the design to fit your needs.If you don't have Fusion 360, likely scaling will work as well.Enjoy!
