Replacement Dishwasher Wheel

The office has a Bosch Classixx dishwasher with a missing wheel on the bottom dish rack. I designed a replacement wheel that closely resembles the original part, and will post a picture once it's printed. Inventor files are also available for those interested in creating their own. During printing, I encountered issues with the castellations on the axle causing "blobs," so I considered adding a sacrificial spigot. Last night, I successfully printed two of each part, and the wheels turned out well. However, the Axles need revision, as the overhanging clip required support material and the current Slic3r setting wasn't ideal. To improve the design, I plan to include support material for better control in the Inventor file. Additionally, I considered enhancing the snap-off areas on the axle part. Feedback is appreciated.
