Replacement dishwasher cup shelf clip

This replacement clip suits the Cup Shelf model WD28X10180 for GE PDW798XN10SS and similar dishwashers. It attaches outside the shelf, maintaining its upright position when not used. The original clip was insufficiently designed and easily breakable, causing the shelf to flop over. This replacement prevents such issues and avoids purchasing a new cup shelf. OpenSCAD source code is included for modification purposes. Version 1.1 (5/31/14) offers improved fit with an enlarged hook. Easy printing without support is required; use ABS or nylon, and snap onto the cup shelf's convenient bar. Two small stabilizing pads are provided to prevent popping off the bed before completion; simply remove them when done or exclude the line in OpenSCAD if unnecessary.
