One of the cover latches on our Nefit Ecomline HRC-30H snapped years ago. With a 3D printer, we were able to swap out the clip seamlessly. The clips are nestled between the inner and outer shell of the front cover. To replace it, you'll need to disassemble the cover completely so that you can extract the broken part and slide in the new one. Fortunately, I was able to get it done with just one side open, but be prepared to use a bit of force to get it back in place again. To create the replacement clip, I used the original as a model. If anyone wants to make any changes, I've included the STEP file for reference.
