Replacement clip for Sony MW600 BT headset

I'm replacing the broken clip with this new design. Instead of using a spring-loaded mechanism, it features a hook that can be attached directly to your collar - an even faster and more convenient option than the original design. To accommodate the hook, you'll need to create a small hole in the device, approximately 1 mm in diameter. Unfortunately, standard printers are not equipped to handle such a precise print job, especially when it's located near a wall. However, I've successfully linked the two parts together using a copper wire - the result is nothing short of amazing. The source files for this design were created in Solidworks 2014.
