A vent clip for my iKross Cradle broke!So I modeled a replacement.Print SettingsPrinter Brand:LulzBotPrinter: MiniRafts:NoHow I Designed ThisCalipers and Feeler GaugeFirst step was taking lots of measurements.I used my calipers for everything but the gap at the far end of the clip. For that I used my feeler gauge.OpenSCADI then translated the measurements into parts in OpenSCAD.I modelled the clip itself with a polyvertex that I then subtracted out the gap and the beveling.The top bevel was the hardest. I took a cube and cut out the bevels. This shape I then used to cut out the bevel. Category: Mobile Phone
