I needed new clamp pads for my Irwin 24" quick grips, and the company does not provide them. My clamps were still under warranty and the company send me entirely new clamps instead of replacement pads. I didn't want to waste the old clamps that were otherwise still fine, so I modeled these in Fusion and printed them in TPU. You could probably print these in regular PLA as well but it would be more likely to scratch whatever you're clamping, so be careful.No supports, 8% infill, 1 perimeter print settings in TPU came out to a very similar flexibility as the original pads.
