I designed a custom chin cradle for my friend's cricket helmet after he broke the original one. It functions perfectly but I suggest adding some thin foam to the chin contact area for enhanced comfort. This design is compatible with chin straps up to 20mm wide and 1.5 - 2mm thick. The print time was approximately two hours at a speed of 40mm/s and layer height of 0.24mm. Hopefully, this creation will be helpful to someone else in need of a replacement chin cradle.
