I had a spare damaged Nardi horn for my Nardi Steering wheel. Recreated the center horn to accept a 45mm center sticker or medallion from renown USA in my case. Should work for many replacement metal horns. Or cheap metal horns from eBay etc. May work for Momo horn inserts as well.
