This is a conical tip to cover the spout of a 3-In-One household oil container (8 fl. oz.). This container originally had a red cap attached by a thin strip of plastic to the spout. Unfortunately it was lost long ago. This conical tip fits the spout and prevents oil from leaking out. Be warned, however, that oil has a way of leaking out of anything that is not very tightly sealed, so don't store your container on its side! But the replacement tip seems to prevent larger spills, anyway.
