To replace my lost Wacom Intuos 3 stylus button, I designed and printed a new one with success. My preferred printing settings were a layer thickness of 0.15 mm, extrusion width at 0.35 mm (using a .35mm hotend), and 3 loops around the perimeter. Simultaneously printing four buttons prevented melting from heat exposure. Your results may vary.
