Replacement button for Turnigy Accucell Charger

I shattered my charger and destroyed the button. I had fashioned a new one from a wooden dowel, but it performed poorly. So, I spent a few minutes with my calipers and openSCAD and created this replacement. It fits perfectly and stays securely in place. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: FolgerTech 2020 Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .01mm Infill: N/A Notes: I printed this at .01mm to try and get as much of the rounded top as possible, but I'd suggest printing at least four at once even if you don't need that many or plating them up with some other pieces since printing one by itself doesn't have time to cool between layers and will become sloppy. I used three perimeters for strength and infill didn't really matter. The button is slightly tapered, which should prevent it from falling out, and the hole the pushbutton goes into is also slightly tapered, allowing it to grip the button well. How I Designed This I grabbed my calipers and measured one of the original buttons for OD and length as well as depth of the button hole. Then, I measured the switch to size the width/taper of the hole in the bottom. The openSCAD file is pretty ugly because I just tossed this together at 1AM while waiting on my laundry..but it works :D
