Print 2-3 at a time to keep from warping.</p> <p>Do not use supports.</p> <p>OpenSCAD source is provided if the dimensions are off on your printer. See the comments in the file for tuning.</p> <h3> Post-Printing</h3> <p>Trim off any first layer flash (brim or squish). Use a pick to tease out any overhangs inside the button so it sits flush with the post's backstop. Then use fine sandpaper to round out the sharp edges, smooth the sides and top, and even out the first layer.</p> </p></p></p> Category: Parts
