It is NOT advised to print this model unmodified. You will at least need a Dremel to even out the rough areas.I uploaded this model because I wanted for it to get out for others to improve. Not that I'm pushing the responsibilities on other people, I just don't have the patience to complete it.Things you need to know about:The holes can be too small. It's a wonky fit.The clips can break off easily when removing supports. Be sure to pay extra attention to them. The Fusion 360 project, 3MF and STL all lack the icons and text embedded in the shell. The .STEP doesn't. I have the reference scan in the .f3d if you'd like to make them better.Print Settings:0.05mm layer heighteSUN White PETGFuzzy skin (Outside walls, 0.05mm point distance, 0.05mm thickness)Honeycomb pattern support materialPrinted with the bottom facing up (so it looks like a dome)Of course, Wesk's scans at Bitbuilt have really helped me with making this model at least decently accurate: https://bitbuilt.net/forums/index.php?threads/new-3ds-xl-scan.6211/Enjoy editing the model! Hopefully you're more patient that I am.And yes, I don't have screws.
