This is a redesigned component body for a LabRadar Recoil Activated Trigger from North east Texas Tactical sold here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09SH5WCB7/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The original chassis is 3D printed with roughly 30% fill and breaks incredibly easily. See the original piece in black in the images. This is designed to replace/repair the weakest component that fails. This is a redesign that uses significantly more material at the area that breaks, allows you to print a 100% infill part, as well as allows you to install more powerful 10mm x 6mm barrel magnets. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075PMLVWQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Take the original failed part, remove the nut holding the acceleration trigger into the housing. Use an exacto blade to cut away at the seam and pry apart the two sides. Be careful not to penetrate too close to where the accelerator trigger is.. Remove the acceleration trigger, nyloc nut and fastener. Transfer all parts over and use silicon to attach them to the chassis. Fasten the trigger nut onto the casing. Insert the 3 10mmx6mm magnets with silicon and be sure to mantain the same polarity on install. Clamp halves together and cure over night.
