Picked up a cheap vinyl cutter with some minor issues. Mine is badged as a JSI Cut 24 and is very clearly a re-badged Creation PCut CT-630. There are a lot of similar machines out there under various names. The clamp that secures the blade holder had seen better days. It looks like it had been machined out of acetyl (delrin). Not a big deal to take some measurements and throw one together in tinkercad. The third prototype seems to fit just fine. It's possible you will need to file down your printed part where it clamps onto the solenoid arm if your print settings are not on point. I recommend PETG as it should be more durable than the original part. PLA will work for a while but PLA tends to flow under pressure so it will slowly render itself useless. The original hardware is reused but if you lost your thumb screw or nut, the parts on mine are M4 size.
