Replacement Baby Gate Hinge

After years of storage in the basement, our baby gate is finally needed again as our second child begins to crawl. Unfortunately, I could not locate one of the hinges; thus, I designed and printed new ones that are strong and feature generous fillets. To ensure simplicity and accuracy, hexagonal holes replaced circular ones. I printed these using ABS with 3 shells, 40% infill, a 300-micron step, and finished with vapor polishing for extra strength.
