Replacement attachment for Biltema bike bag

<p>A replacement attachment for Biltema's bike bag 271891 (discontinued). The original design is not strong enough, still this replacement does not improve on the original design, rather I have just copied it.</p><p>You need to keep the spring from the original attachment and mount it to the replacement! If you lost it, you might be able to use two separate springs and bend them to fit.</p><p>The original part and the printed part are shown side by side in one of the pictures, with the ‘attachment’ and ‘hook’ components swapped between them.</p><p>A screw with M5 sleeved nut is also needed, together spanning at least ~26 mm. See pictures. Anything with M5 diameter could of course do, in a pinch. If movement binds, try adding washers.</p><p>Print as a solid using the strongest material you have available.</p><p>Layer height of 0.10 - 0.15 should be fine.</p><p>Use supports everywhere, and print on its side for best strength (see photos).</p>
