Replacement Arms for Sunglasses

My Aviators were always slipping off, so I found a way to make them fit comfortably. You can easily make your own adaptable frames for any wireframe glasses or shades - ideal for models with 1.5mm wide wire arms. If they're not a perfect match, you can resize the print or simply drill out the holes to ensure a secure fit. To do this, simply clip off the old arms about 15mm from their tips and slide them into the holes of the new 3D printed extensions. I secured mine using Araldite glue. Before gluing, put on your shades to get an exact angle on the new arms, making sure they conform snugly around the back of your ear.
