Replacement Arms for Sunglasses
myminifactory
I modified my Aviators to fit comfortably behind my ears by creating a solution that works perfectly. You can easily make your own for any type of wireframe glasses or sunnies, especially those with 1.5mm diameter wire arms - although you could scale the print or drill out the holes to fit your frames. Simply cut off the old arms, leaving 15mm of length to slide into the new 3D printed ones. I used Araldite to secure them in place, but make sure to try them on before gluing to get a good angle on the arms so they wrap around your head snugly behind your ear.
