Replacement arm of "ESPRIT" specular

This is a replacement part for my ESPRINT specular that's seen better days. The rubber arms are cracking under age, breaking into pieces with alarming regularity. I snapped a photo of the damaged arm and then set out to recreate it using PLA. Hints and tips: 1. Make sure the void where you insert the steel pin is just right. 2. First, straighten the steel pin for easier insertion. 3. The replacement arm was designed as an I-shape before bending with preheated PLA. 4. Once both arms are in place, heat them up with a hair dryer and make sure they're hot enough to bend into their designated L-shape according to the shape of the head or ear. 5. Adjust the arm until it feels just right - not too loose and not too tight when facing downwards.
