This project aims to design filters that perfectly match IRobot Roomba 760 cleaning robots. The key benefit of these filters lies in their affordability, combined with the ease of cleaning and reusing them. The filter consists of four printed components created from three STL files: Filter01bot.stl, which produces Filter01bot.gcode without any modifications; Filtro01in.stl, resulting in both Filtro01in80.gcode and Filtro01in90.gcode, produced with hollow top and bottom layers and 80% hexagonal infill; and Filtro01up.stl, generating Filtro01up30.gcode, also created with hollow top and bottom layers but using a 30% hexagonal infill. To enhance filtration efficiency, we insert a layer of kitchen paper between the two aforementioned files. This paper is carefully tailored to match the other components. By utilizing Simplyfy3D software, we achieve the removal of solid top and bottom layers in the Layer tab and adjust the 80% hex filling settings in the Infill tab for optimal results.
