A replacement Quick release plate based on the original. I received this tripod from a friend but the QR plate was missing. After a few tries I got this plate that at first might have a pretty firm contact with the tripod's head but after a few mounting of the QR plate, things will loosen. I preferred this tight aproach because after a few on-off tripod moves, the camera will still stay pretty firm on the tripod's head with minimum play.
