<p>We love our cardboard spools but we hate the way they spin so we came up with Rotini. The quick and easy print that adds rigidity to your cardboard spools for use with TUSH style flange rollers, <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/131429-rackroller-open-source-flange-roller-add-on-for-re#_ga=2.153387898.374956962.1651101218-597415146.1650498871"><strong>Rack Rollers</strong></a>, <a href="https://www.repkord.com/collections/repbox-2"><strong>RepBox v2.3.1 and up</strong></a>, <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/129024-reprack-open-source-spool-holder-and-storage-syste#_ga=2.249791300.374956962.1651101218-597415146.1650498871"><strong>RepRack</strong></a>, or other <a href="https://www.printables.com/model/135700-slip-rod-cover-for-reprack-and-repbox"><strong>Slip-Rod</strong></a> applications that we may or may not be in the process of inventing. [shrug]</p><p>By default these are sized for a 203.2mm (8in) diameter spool like our favorite ones from <a href="www.protopasta.com">ProtoPasta</a> and <a href="printedsolid.com">Printed Solid</a> but you can easily adapt them to print for whatever spool you think may need a bit more slippy flange love!</p><p>PRINT VASE MODE! PETG seems to slip best on SlipRod and has a bit more stretch to it when putting it on but PLA will probably work ok too. No tops, no bottoms, all perimeters! Super quick print, takes ~5min per side. ~10 per spool. Easy peasy.</p>
