Cut back the outer handle that houses the inner twist handle, then modify it to fit. To achieve a secure seal across the top, install the hinge on top of the box and eliminate the two washers in the process. Use two long silver nuts for the latch plate instead, adjusting its position as needed. Once done, locate an appropriate seal and you'll be ready to roll!
