As much as I've hated using OpenSCAD, I do see that it still has a real place in 3D design. I've re-worked the buckle box with a lot more control and separate parts. I think all-in-one is a cool idea but not very practical for working parts. You can now change the top and bottom height separately. I've fixed the latch problem; I've added a latch error variable in case I didn't fix it completely, so you can adjust. I've added text to the top and bottom box's. I've moved the latches to mid-point so that small boxes don't collide on the latch when closed. Now I have complete control over all hinge pins and clearances. Maybe a little more comprehensive to use? Since I've almost completely rewritten this thing, I'm now pretty understanding of how it was created. So maybe I can still add a new feature if it's not too complicated. Please don't ask if I can make major changes as I'm still not completely fluent with this program; I only learned enough to fix this thing and simplify it. I do read all my comments, unlike the person who wrote this thing; no longer replies to comments or requests. Don't understand why people don't read their request on this forum. Maybe they've left but seems like nobody has ever responded to any of my requests. I'd at least like a response like "ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR ?? MIND" or anything. The Buckle Box V3 SCAD is set up for a dental tools box. There's no SCAD program to set this box up to print on my printer with all the customizable SCAD box programs; they're either all-in-one or don't have all the text and latch options, or print separately. So I've rewritten this program to render each part separately to be printed separately so it will fit on the printer bed. I've made it a little more readable for others to edit further; can't think of any more changes? Seems to work on all scales.
