Repair Supportless Tactical Buckle
thingiverse
I smashed a buckle on my chest rig and didn't want to cut and resew any webbing so I modified the supportless tactical buckle with a removeable bar so it can be used on fixed loop locations. This fits 2 inch (50mm) webbing. The single bar version is holding itself in with friction but I'll likely hit it with superglue in the future. I will update the design as I test it out. I designed another bar that hooks onto the fixed loop if you're concerned it may work itself loose, fall out and get lost. Enjoy and let me know how it works for you!
