Repair ring for Jabra Earphones

Here at Sapir College we operate a state-of-the-art Call center featuring twenty fully-equipped stations with high-end Jabra earphones. It appears that these premium earphones, which are certainly not inexpensive, have a significant design flaw - a staggering 50% of them have already malfunctioned in the same location. Despite our efforts to secure repairs or warranty refunds from our supplier, we've been unable to resolve the issue. In fact, we were on the verge of discarding ten defective units when our team intervened just in time.
