Repair ring for Jabra Earphones

Here in Sapir College - Israel we have a Call center equipped with some 20 state-of-the-art stations featuring high-quality Jabra earphones. It appears that these premium earphones, which are certainly not inexpensive, possess a significant design flaw, resulting in approximately 50% of them breaking down at the same weak point. Unfortunately, our supplier has been unable to repair or provide a warranty refund for these defective units, and we were on the verge of discarding around 10 pieces. Fortunately, they sought our input before disposing of them.
