I accidentally chipped off part of the attachment point on my 16v Black&Decker DustBuster (model CHV1410L). I designed this ring to wrap around the chipped attachment point and present a complete attachment point for the nozzle assembly to attach to. Just print this in PETG or other sturdy plastic, then add some glue to the old attachment point and clamp this on. Make sure you orient the ring in the same rotation as the old attachment points. The nozzle snaps perfectly into place on the new ring, and our DustBuster is as good as new.

Print instructions

Printer Brand: MK3
Printer: Prusa i3
Rafts: No
Supports: Yes
Resolution: 0.15mm
Infill: 20%
Filament: MG Chemicals PETG Black H

Designed using Trimble Sketchup free web interface.
