Repair plug for Automatic Body Tape Measure

<p>This model is intended to replace the end termination on the measure tape for an Automatic Body Tape Measure. The original product tends to tear the tape so I put longer wings on the plug to reduce this occurring (hopefully)</p><p>Note this is a fairly small part and will probably only successfully print with a 0.25mm nozzle ( which is what I used)</p><p>The tape is glued into the part (I used Gorilla Glue) and clamped while the glue sets.</p><p> </p><p>I printed with PETG with a 0.25mm nozzle with 0.1mm spacing and a raft layer (see slicer picture)</p>
