Here is my quick take on repairing a xenon headlight range sensor used on various VAG (Volkswagen / Audi / Seat / Skoda) models (part number : 4B0 907 503).Mine has been broken for many years, leaving the metal insert around the screw only, making the sensor bar separated from the chassis fixation, and preventing from having the headlights correction according to the load of the car. You need to remove what's left from the old bar and salvage the metal insert, and use heat (soldering iron works fine for me) to put it back in its final place, same thing for the sensor part. I've included the step file if needed.
