Repair frame Er-6n Kawasaki (Buffer)
thingiverse
I design my prints for optimal performance by printing with 100% fill and no supports, while also specifying three perimeters for added strength. I highly recommend using ABS or PETG filament for this project, as they offer superior durability compared to PLA, which is not the best choice for this particular application. Inside the print, a custom-cut T-slot component has been carefully inserted to provide additional structural integrity. To further enhance the bond between components, a generous amount of epoxy resin was applied to ensure a seamless fit. Interestingly, a similar piece can be found on eBay for approximately 60 euros. With our DIY approach, we're able to replicate this design for just 3 euros and achieve equally impressive results.
