Repair Cafe Screwdriver Handle
thingiverse
At our thriving community makerspace, we organize a regular monthly repair café, where volunteers come together to mend and fix everything from broken toys to household appliances. However, during our last event, disaster struck when we realized that our security bits were missing their essential handles. Undeterred by this setback, I took matters into my own hands and crafted a clever replacement using a 3D printer. To achieve the desired one-color finish, I employed a clever technique of pausing the print mid-process at the precise moment when it reached the text layer, allowing me to seamlessly switch to a new filament color.
