Human: Update: Rev2 files now provide greater clearance at motor top to prevent extruder arm upgrade from hitting it easily. Weight-saving cutouts are included, although they do not significantly impact performance but add a touch of style. A lightweight Filament Extruder Guide designed for the Rep2 features enhanced airflow. The primary advantage is that it allows air to exit the left side of the heat sink, improving overall efficiency. Excess material previously obstructing airflow was removed to optimize performance. The top section's size was reduced to minimize unnecessary bulk. Downloadable Solidworks file available. While the design is unique and not a derivative of any existing work, I did draw inspiration from DHedrick's version of this Rep2 upgrade (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:113595), using its rough shape as a reference.
