The extruder fan assembly offers ample real estate for various modifications, as demonstrated by bluejay117's work. With a bit of current and a breadboard, numerous possibilities could be realized. I created a snug fit for a 5mm LED headlight, but apologize if it interferes with any preferred fillets in the design. The STL files provided are both Serif and Sans Serif. Check out the project in action here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CXka9GoqYeU. To print, use RepG sailfish with a custom profile. I recommend adjusting the settings as follows: object infill at 30%, layer height of .15mm, three shells, and time travel feedrate at 88 m/h. After that, feel free to get creative! I'm excited to explore integrating an ADXL335 accelerometer with two NeoPixel strips along the Y-axis build platform arms for a light show. Enjoy the process and have fun!
