You don't need any washers, just use the bearing as is, since everything is spaced perfectly. If you have a smaller machine, print the left side and right side separately. This design uses standard 608 skate bearings, which are easy to find. To get a perfect fit, clean up the frame hole with a 5/16 inch drill bit. With proper plate alignment and close skirt settings, this model will print perfectly on a 200 X 200 mm bed. Check out my other designs for some really cool projects that turn out great.
