You'll be able to print it straight away, no need for washers since everything's spaced correctly to utilize the bearing properly from start to finish. For smaller machines, though, you might have to split your print job into left and right sides separately. This product relies on standard 608 skate bearings to run smoothly. Use a 5/16 inch drill bit to tidy up the frame hole for a seamless fit. If you plate it perfectly and keep your skirt tight, this design will fit just fine on a 200 X 200 mm bed.
