ReP_AL Core XY 3D Printer Small

Human: Essentially, I condensed the CORE XY Printer design into a smaller model. It shares the same components except for the Z-axis bed carriage, which has been shortened. This compact design accommodates a heat bed up to 250x250mm in size. Additionally, I incorporated bearing spacers (you can also use metal washers) and modified the aluminum profile setup to provide the Z-axis with increased travel and positioning closer to the extruder tip. The top and bottom aluminum profiles on the Y-axis are oriented 90° (flat). The aluminum profiles are tapped and screwed together for assembly, but you can also use brackets or blocks in the corners as an alternative. Required materials include: Aluminum 2040 profile in X direction: four pieces, each 345mm long Aluminum 2040 profile in Y and Z directions: eight pieces, each 380mm long Tip: For motors, rails, cables, etc., I sourced a cheap Tronxy P820M printer from eBay for around $120. The parts were then repurposed, which seems more cost-effective than buying them individually. However, the rails do need to be trimmed to size using a disc grinder.
